Two Leases for 209K SF at Corporate Center One in Tampa

Two companies have signed leases totaling 209,000 square feet at Corporate Center One, a six-story, 390,582-square-foot building situated at 2202 N.Westshore Blvd.
Cassidy Turley's Ron Ruffner and Clay Sovich represented the landlord in both transactions.
The first lease is an expansion and renewal of OSI Restaurant Partners' headquarters, the parent company of Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill, Fleming's and Roy's. The company renewed its lease at Corporate Center I for 120,000 square feet and expanded an additional 60,000 square feet.
Jimmy Garvey of CLW Real Estate Services Group represented the tenant.
In the second transaction, PB Americas, an engineering consulting firm, leased 29,000 square feet. PB Americas will be a new tenant in the building.
Phil Giunta and Mia Jarrell of Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant in the transaction.
Corporate Center One is located in Tampa's Westshore Business District, Florida's largest office submarket with more than 12 million square feet of office space. Corporate Center One amenities include an on-site café, fitness center and a free airport shuttle to Tampa International Airport.
