Trader Joe's Signs First FL Lease in North Naples

Trader Joe's will open its first Florida store in North Naples at a former Border's location located at 10600 U.S. 41 N., part of the Granada Shoppes south of Immokalee Road, according to various media reports.
The lease is for 14,000 square feet with occupancy scheduled for later this year. Trader Joe's is headquartered in Monrovia, CA and maintains something of a cult following among foodies.
Granada Shoppes is a 300,000 sq. ft. community shopping center, part of a 39 acre mixed-use development featuring mediterranean themed architecture about 3.5 miles west of the I-75 interchange. Granada Shoppes tenants include Haverty's, Marshall's, Pier One Import, PF Chang's, Men's Warehouse and Applebees, according to Showcase.com.
