Pebb Enterprises Buys Two Boca Raton Office Towers for $14.25M

Boca Raton, FL-based PEBB Enterprises of has acquired 1645 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd, known as the Sabadell United Bank Building, and 1401 Forum Way, the Horizons Building, both in Boca Raton, for $14.25 million.
The two buildings total more than 180,000 square feet. Currently, the Sabadell United Bank Building is 80% occupied while the Horizons Building is 50% occupied.
Steve Leeds, a broker with Green Capital Realty Advisors, LLC, represented PEBB in the transactions.
Jared Weiner, principal with PEBB Enterprises, which owns, operates and develops a portfolio of shopping centers and office buildings in Florida totaling more than 1 million square feet, said the firm plans to thoroughly renovate the common areas of both buildings.
